As many of our collections are produced in limited quantities, availability is subject to stock on hand.

5. Orders

Should an order be cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be processed.

7. Delivery

While we work with reputable courier partners, delays beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

Ownership transfers only once payment has been received in full.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are governed by our Returns Policy.

Items must be returned:

  • Within the specified return period
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • With original tags attached
  • In original condition

Certain items, including earrings, intimate apparel, swimwear and gift cards, may not be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

9. Promotional Offers

Promotional discounts:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • May not be combined unless specifically stated
  • Are subject to availability

Discount codes must be applied during checkout and cannot be added retrospectively.

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
